- Hear the words, “the body is the temple of the spirit” in a new way, and wonder what this really means;
- Find that the knowledge of death is no longer frightening but an inspiration to live life to the fullest;

The distinction between ego and soul that I have explored with Jane has helped me answer many essential questions. It has cleared my head, helped me separate the wheat from the chaff. - Explore the day-to-day habits that either support your wholeness, or bring about fragmentation of body, mind and spirit,
- Discover what it means to nurture your Soul,
- Practice living every moment as sacred,
- Learn to relax your body and mind and find your physical and mental centers of integrity,
- Learn the difference between surrender and giving up, and
- Live as the mystics, did from the Illumination of the Divine, and communion with the Soul.

- I do not claim any special healing powers. I believe that healing grace is available to, and through anyone of good intention.
- I am a Life Coach, who does not see people as cases needing to be fixed, but as “works in process”. I have a long history of working with people at all stages of spiritual development, wrestling with all aspects of everyday life and spiritual questioning.
- I am a member of Spiritual Directors International. I believe in our connection to each other and to The Source. I know we each have an inner longing to get on more intimate terms with our souls and their wisdom and that this is both an individual and a collective longing.
