HOW IT WORKS
COACHING AND SPIRITUAL DIRECTION SESSIONS

In Person
Sessions are conducted either in person or over the phone. I am based in the Greater Washington DC area with an office in Vienna, Virginia. One benefit of in-person sessions is that I am certified in several touch therapies, and have often witnessed the healing power of touch. Sessions at the Vienna, Virginia office may include some table work to channel energy to parts of the body that are in deficit. Again, I do not claim to be a healer, but I know that human touch carries with it an energy that simply cannot be defined or quantified. This takes place entirely at the client’s wish.

By Phone
I have clients in every part of the United States, and from all over the world in just about every time zone you can think of! Testimonials from my clients show that telephone sessions are just as powerful in their own way as in-person sessions. Consciousness is non-local, so we do not have to be in the same room to create a healing context and to open ourselves to The Divine.
Sessions typically last one to one-and-a-half hours. The initial interview(s) lasts at least one hour.

With both in-person and phone sessions, I enter into an agreement with you as to the duration and frequency of the coaching. I ask for a minimum commitment of three months because it’s impossible to achieve any degree of deep change in less time than that. At the end of three months I review the agreement with you to make sure we’re on track. Most clients renew at this point for a further period of time.

Groups
I am in the process of setting up in-person and virtual groups to amplify the power of the transformative process. Groups will either be six-session classes, or one-off workshops. I do not offer on-going groups because I find that connecting around a specific focus or topic is more powerful. I have a fee range. You choose what you can afford within that range.
